Who these terms cover

These terms apply when you browse avenite.tech or use an Avenite customer, team or freelancer account. The website and platform are operated by AVENITE TECHNOLOGY LTD.

Project agreements

A project brief or public estimate is not a final quotation. Scope, deliverables, timing, pricing, acceptance, intellectual property and support are confirmed in the applicable proposal, statement of work or project record. Those project-specific terms take priority if they conflict with this general page.

Accounts and secure access

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and use only the account and role assigned to you. Do not share access, attempt to enter another workspace, interfere with security controls or use the platform for unlawful, abusive or harmful activity.

Projects, milestones and payment

Projects may be divided into milestones. Where funding is required, chargeable milestone work does not begin until the required funding is confirmed. Invoices, payment status, approvals and project communication remain attached to the secure project record.

Freelancer and delivery arrangements

Freelancer opportunities shown by Avenite are controlled assignments. Unless Avenite confirms otherwise in writing, customers contract and communicate through Avenite, and freelancer access is limited to the approved assignment and information needed for delivery.

Content and intellectual property

Avenite owns or licenses the website, brand, interface and general platform materials. Project deliverables and any licence or transfer rights are governed by the relevant project agreement. You must not copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse protected material except where law or written permission allows it.

Availability and third-party services

Avenite works to keep its public site and secure services reliable, but maintenance, security events or third-party service interruptions may affect availability. External links and providers have their own terms and policies.

Cancellation, refunds and statutory rights

Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed under the applicable project terms and the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Nothing on this page excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and questions

Avenite may update these terms when the service or operating model changes. The updated date will appear above. For a project-specific question, use the secure project conversation or workspace Support. For a general question, use the Contact page.
